Strengthening the bond of friendship
For over half a century, the Friendship League has acted on the conviction that America and Israel are profoundly anchored in a shared value system—in a commitment to open society, human liberty, and the power of exchange to create opportunity and drive progress.
Our two countries share a remarkable history of friendship. A friendship sustained by a desire to learn from one another, to foster cooperation, and to continually discover new avenues for progress.
For more than 50 years, we have helped make that exchange possible, bringing together thought leaders and decision-makers, local, regional and national representatives, civil society, youth, academics and entrepreneurs—in short, the many dynamic forces that shape our societies.
We have watched both societies evolve through times of prosperity and times of challenge. And throughout, we have witnessed firsthand the extraordinary power of exchange and the enduring value of people-to-people relationships.
